A LITTLE BIT ABOUT Tilton’s 3D Print’s

Due to the nature of 3D printing, there may be slight line fluctuations when printed or minor excess material. We post-process every model to ensure you receive the best product possible.
PLA is suitable for limited decorative food contact (PLA is a type of polyester derived from plant starch from corn, cassava, maize, sugarcane, or sugar beet pulp). Clean well prior to use on food.

3D prints are very light and may surprise you. The inside is filled with a pattern infill to provide rigidity and strength, and depending on how much infill there is, determines the model’s weight.
Our models have 15% infill most times, so very minimal infill, but enough for great strength.

There’s a whole spectrum of colors and we source materials that look the best.
We do our best to take representative photos, but with various lighting, the prints may be slightly different in color or shading.

Supports during printing are sometimes needed if an angle is not 45 degrees or more. These supports are removed, but can sometimes leave marks. They’re on the underside of most surfaces, so generally, you won’t see them. If possible, we trim and finish this surface unless it would cause a cosmetic issue or alter the model’s final appearance.

The figure in the photos is the 2.5-inch tall version.

We do our best to accurately portray colors, however, there can be a slight variation due to various monitors and how they reproduce colors.

SHIPPING

If our store shipping times are affected by carrier issues or holidays, we will share these in our announcement section.
Your order is shipped using USPS Priority (1-3 days) or First Class (1-10 days) mail. Shipping times are in addition to turnaround time.
Each order will have a tracking number once shipped. You will see this both through Etsy and an email as it ships.

CARE CONSIDERATIONS

We use the best available materials for our products so you’ll not only end up with a great product, but it lasts for many years. We have some care guidelines for your consideration:
Keep this item away from heat and prolonged sunlight to prevent it from becoming brittle.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of the products and the personalization, we do not accept returns.
We would honor returns if there was a mistake made by us.
We do insure all our shipments so no worries about your shipment getting damaged
We want you to be happy, but we want to be clear in this section also.
No returns for delivery carrier delays
No returns if the item was ordered with your chosen options and you changed your mind.
